Conditions of participation and data protection for Facebook Easter-Competition from POPP & Co.
The organizer of competition is POPP & Co., Antonstr. 3, 09337 Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany, below referred as POPP. By participating the competition, the user agrees the following conditions of participation.

To join the competition, you need to comment how many chocolate Easter-Eggs are in and on the jar. In addition, you have to subscribe our POPP Facebooksite and like the competition-post. Submissions by messenger, mail or post can’t consider. After viewing all (correct) answers, the winner will be selected at random.
2. How long does the campaign take place?
The competition starts on 29/03/2021 at 08:00 a.m. and ends on 01/04/2021 at 11:59:59 p.m.
3. Who can participate?
The competition is free and allowed to every natural person. In the case of underage participants, POPP requires the consent of the legal guardian. An participation requires that the relevant data be given truthfully. POPP is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons such as violation of these conditions of participation, manipulation or other. POPP reserves the right to take legal action. POPP employees are not allowed to take a part of this competition. The judges' decision is final.
4. How are the winner determined and how do you find out if you've won?
On December 25th, 2020 the winner will be selected at random from all participants and will be publish in a separate Facebook post. The winner also notified via an private message on Facebook. The winner will send his full name, address and email address to POPP as a private message via the corresponding Facebook function (https://www.facebook.com/popp.smarthome).
5. How do you get your prize?
With the notification of the prize, the winner will be asked to provide POPP with the contact details. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the contact details. The prize will be sent by post.
6. What happens if you do not report after receiving the notification of the prize?
After the notification the winner has 7 days to contact POPP, otherwise the prize will be expired. In this case, a new winner will be drawn at random. The same applies in case that the winner provides POPP the incorrect contact details and it is not possible to send the prize.
7. Clause of reserve
POPP reserves the right to modify, interrupt or end the competition at any time without giving reasons. POPP only makes use of this option, if force majeure occurs or for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and / or software) or the competition cannot be guaranteed for legal reasons. POPP doesn’t liable for losses, failures or delays that are caused by circumstances that are beyond their area of responsibility.
8. Privacy policy
For the implementation of the competition and the determination of the winners it is necessary to provide personal data such as last name, first name, address and e-mail address. This data will be saved until the competition has been completed.
By participating the competition, the participant consents to the use of data and agrees that his details such as name, email address in the context of the competition be used. The participant agrees to receive a notification via Facebook comment/message about the winning.

9. Other
The prize cannot be paid in cash. The judges decision is final. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected. It will be replaced by an appropriate regulation that closely corresponds to the purpose of the ineffective provision. POPP reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
10. Indemnity from Facebook
This competition is implement by POPP & Co., Antonstr. 3, 09337 Hohenstein-Ernstthal, Germany. It’s not affiliated to Facebook. The competition will not sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook. Information will sent to POPP, not to Facebook. POPP releases Facebook from any claims by third parts in connection with this competition.
